These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Repairera‘s services (online or offline) and outline the rules for booking repairs, using our website, and interacting with our team.
Booking a repair via our website or phone confirms your agreement to these Terms.
All repair requests are subject to availability and technician confirmation.
We reserve the right to decline service if a device is found to be beyond economical repair or damaged beyond service standards.
We use genuine or OEM-quality parts for replacements unless otherwise agreed upon.
Repairs carry a limited warranty of 30 days (unless stated differently), which does not cover physical damage or water exposure after service.
Warranty is void if the device is tampered with by a third party after repair.
All prices quoted are inclusive of service charges and GST, if applicable.
100% payment is due upon completion of the repair, unless otherwise agreed.
No refunds are provided for completed repairs unless a fault lies with the service or part.
Customers must back up their data before handing over the device. Repairera is not responsible for any data loss.
Devices not collected within 30 days of repair completion may incur storage charges.
While we take every care to protect your device:
We are not responsible for any data loss, pre-existing damage, or undetectable issues.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
